Filmpodium Posters

Zurich’s Filmpodium presents thematic series and retrospectives of classic movies. Its posters translate characters and plots into static visual inventions. They interpret cinematographic achievements and bear witness to their day and age. Since the 1970s, the Filmpodium has cultivated long-standing collaborations with distinguished designers such as Walter Pfeiffer, Paul Brühwiler and Ralph Schraivogel, from which numerous outstanding poster designs have emerged.
