“Our purpose with “from Image to Sound – Music for Genesis” is to add music to the photographs taken by Sebastião Salgado for his project Genesis. He shows incomparable places of the Earth that are still in the same condition as the day of its creation. Places that express freedom and clarity through the purest nature. Therefore, we want to give even more depth to his pictures in a route that merges two concepts: image and sound.”

– Lars Mlekusch (Musical Direction)
