Use the new eGuide free of charge to explore the design- and graphic highlights at our main site on Ausstellungsstrasse! The fully virtual eGuide offers background information and stories – in images and texts, videos and sound – on more than 200 exhibits from the museum’s collection as well as tours on various topics. Besides, a new walking route has just been added, which connects the Museum für Gestaltung with the Swiss National Museum.
Along the way, 11 stations provide background information about both museums. These do not only share a rich history, but are currently also showing two exhibitions that span over 150 years of domestic life and complement each other perfectly: In Search of Style. 1850–1900 and Ideal Living.
