Lecture by Bas Princen, artist and photographer

Bas Princen is an artist and photographer living and working in Rotterdam and Zurich. He was educated as industrial designer at the Design Academy Eindhoven and later studied architecture at the Berlage Institute in Rotterdam. Since then, through the use of photography, his work focuses on how Image defines Landscape and Archi-tecture, through books, exhibitions and large scale in Situ installations.

Bas Princen will focus in this lecture on a series of 1:1 copies of fragments of architectural spaces where images are embedded into Architecture, and a set of recent In-Situ Installations, in which images define the space.

The number of participants is limited. Register on the website of the Pavillon Le Corbusier. Last-minute participants are welcome, provided that there are still free places.
