At this year’s LANGE NACHT, the Toni-Areal is all about sound. In keeping with the current exhibition Pling! Sound and Design, Kaspar König and Jope Schneider will present their balloon-like C-19 organ in front of the main entrance. This walk-through installation, made of organ pipes as well as 3D-printed flutes and pipes, creates different soundscapes depending on the viewer’s perspective.
From 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., you’re free to explore the C-19 organ. At 9 p.m. and midnight, the artists will combine the organ’s sounds with additional sounds to create a special concert inside the installation.
Meeting place: in front of the main entrance
Note: The number of participants is limited. There may be a wait.
