Only rarely does the designed environment meet everybody’s diverse needs. People who deviate from established norms are particularly affected. “Design for All? Diversity as the Norm” presents contemporary approaches to inclusive design and architecture, from apps, toys, and clothing to do-it-yourself projects and designs of public spaces. The exhibition focuses on five international design studios whose work incorporates the diversity of society and aims to make our environment more accessible.
