To manage the newsletter contacts and send the newsletter, we use the services of CleaverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored on CleverReach's servers in Germany and Ireland. Our newsletters sent with CleverReach enable us to anonymously analyze the behavior of newsletter recipients, such as how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked.

The museum publishes its job vacancies on the ZHdK website. The ZHdK uses the Refline application tool to apply for vacancies. The corresponding data protection declaration, which is available on the Refline application form, applies to this.

b. Matomo
We use the open source web analysis software Matomo. Matomo uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by cookies about your use of the website (including the encrypted IP address) is transmitted solely to the ZHdK servers in Switzerland (Zurich and Winterthur) and stored there. There is no data transfer or transmission of this information to third parties. After the security analysis, the IP addresses are evaluated anonymously for website use and compiled for reports on website activity for the museum.

The following information is collected
1. Lineto fonts
The museum-gestaltung.ch website uses fonts from Lineto, which are integrated locally. The browser you use connects to our own servers. No data is transmitted to Lineto.
2. Monotype web fonts
We also integrate fonts from Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc, 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA for the eGuides and the eShop. When you visit our websites, a connection is established with Monotype servers and your IP address is transmitted. The IP address is stored by the provider for 30 days and deleted after this period has expired.

a. Hosting
In addition to our internal servers, we host our websites at Infomaniak Network AG, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland. Infomaniak creates standard web server log files with the following information for each access to the websites: IP address, date and time including time zone, browser request including origin of the request (referrer), operating system used including user interface and version, browser used including language and version, amount of data transferred. The log files are used to detect technical problems and to ensure security and to statistically evaluate the use of our websites. The data is stored on servers in Switzerland.

b. Further development and maintenance
Liip AG, Limmatstrasse 183, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland, has access to the museum's website directory for further development and maintenance purposes. They do not evaluate any personal data in the process.

c. Other services
We occasionally use content or service offers from third-party providers on our website in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos (YouTube) (hereinafter referred to as "content"). As a result, the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the user. The IP address is therefore required for the transmission and display of this content.
