Performance Niklaus Troxler (booked)

On the occasion of his 75th birthday, the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich is paying tribute to Troxler’s poster art with a publication in the Poster Collection series. The graphic artist will in turn donate a temporary mural to the museum, creating the artwork on a wall using colored adhesive tape during a live performance accompanied by jazz music. With virtuoso creativity, Troxler demonstrates how the character of experimental music can be translated into two dimensions while evoking its improvisational gestures.
