Studio 11x1’s work spans physical objects and dynamic digital media. Federica Tobler and Robin Eberwein specialize in the design of printed matter with a strong connection to the cultural identity of Italian-speaking Switzerland, as well as in motion design. They also research new approaches to animated type design and develop complex type tools that generate unexpected shapes and letters for visual design. Their projects have been shown at the Design in Motion Festival (DEMO) and presented on the mega-billboards of Times Square in New York.
