Unstated explores the interplay between analog and digital worlds and the intersection of human and machine. Coding plays a key role in the studio’s work, both as a creative tool and as a conceptual element for developing adaptive solutions for a dynamic digital environment. New technologies are an integral part of the process, while traditional graphic design principles continue to form the foundation of their design approach. Founders Leonardo Angelucci and Sabrina Cerea work primarily for the culture and fashion industries; their clients include the Bauhaus Dessau, the Fotomuseum Winterthur, On Running, The North Face, and the fashion label Ambush.
